That made us do every possible mistake.

Each week we will discuss a core topic and an industry expert will provide a deep dive on a sub-topic of that week. To strengthen your knowledge you will receive actionable templates that can be applied to your business and there are optional assignments. After each week there is an Ask Me Anything (AMA) to clarify questions from the previous week.

Foundation for Success
What is RevOps? We will make sure that we have a common understanding of RevOps. We will look into the organizational structure and how to grow a RevOps team. Then we look at what makes a good RevOps org and KPIs for RevOps.

Guest Lecture: A pragmatic take on what is important to a new RevOps function
Anastasiia Binns, Head of RevOps at Semble
Anastasiia is famous for her no BS approach to RevOps. She has set up RevOps functions from scratch in companies of all shapes, sizes and industries - both in house and as a freelance advisor. She currently heads up RevOps at Semble, a UK-based healthtech company.

Gaining Efficiencies through Alignment
RevOps is about alignment, integration, and collaboration. This view of the business is where value is generated. We will look at how to activate drives that enable this value generation.
Outcome: Being able to identify and implement value-adding alignment opportunities in your business.
Guest Lecture: Alignment lessons from Startup to Enterprise
Nicholas Gollop, GTM & RevOps Strategy Advisor at RevOps On-Demand
Alignment is the hardest part of RevOps but the most impactful. Nicholas worked for over 10 years in RevOps and brings experiences from start-ups and enterprises like Salesforce. He will share his lessons on how to make alignment work for businesses of various sizes.

Plan! Plan! Plan! And hit your targets
Planning is essential in RevOps. We will look at capacity planning, how to design sales territories and compare different forecasting methods. We will discuss best practices and mistakes to avoid.
Outcome: Have more confidence in anticipating the future based on past data and informed decisions.

Janis Zech, Co-Founder & CEO at Weflow
Janis provides a deep dive into forecasting. Looking at it from a Sales leader and RevOps perspective to ensure that they match. He draws from his experience as a founder with multiple successful exits. Now he is the Co-Founder of Weflow - an advanced pipeline and forecasting management platform.

Let you data paint a picture

Understand the importance of your data foundation and how to build a data culture in your business. Once we have the foundation it is about showing the data to the right people, at the right time and in the right format.

Jeff brings a lot of RevOps experience with him. His specific topic will be announced in the coming weeks. Jeff has worked in Go To Market Operations for both large companies (Google, Amazon AWS) and growth companies (Visier - sub $10M to $70M, UpKeep, and Forethought). Helping you to understand what matters as your company enters a different stage.

Effective Communication to drive change
RevOps is a discipline across various departments and to drive change one will require effective communication. This includes how to manage stakeholders, the art of persuasion, and how to work around office politics. We discuss the relevant soft skills and what you can do to improve them.
Outcome: Become self-reflective about your communication skills and understand how to improve them.
Guest Lecture: Leading cross-functional projects with success
Sabine Koop, Corporate Development @ Spryker
In RevOps the majority of projects are cross-functional. Managed poorly they risk to fail. What techniques can you use to get stakeholder buy-in? Which frameworks can you apply to avoid delays? How does your communication impact success? Drawing from her experience as M&A consultant at EY, Chief of Staff at ARZ Haan AG, and Strategist at Spryker, Sabine shares practical insights & examples.

AI is changing GTM and RevOps forever. Learn why RevOps is the great enabler of AI in GTM teams. Understand how you can prepare for AI deployments, when to invest in AI projects, and how you can become more informed about AI.
Outcome: Develop awareness of how AI can be best implemented in your business.
Guest Lecture: How to Transform Your GTM & RevOps with AI
Kyle Coleman, CMO @ Copy.AI
AI is fundamentally changing the way GTM & RevOps teams operate. Kyle will share AI strategies and tactics that are helping companies eliminate GTM bloat and achieve sustainable velocity. Prior to Copy.ai, he was the CMO at Clari and helped Looker grow from $100k to $110m in ARR.
Our goal was to design a course that helps you become a strategic RevOps in 2024.
The course attendence is one part in the journey of a strategic RevOps.
