RevOps is a young discipline. It was first introduced in 2017.
Jeff Ignacio, Rosalyn Santa Elena, Jordan Henderson, us ended up in RevOps by chance.
You can't study RevOps and nothing is preparing you for the job.
That made us do every possible mistake.
With this course we want to give you a head start.
The courses aims to provide you with the knowledge and tools to be successful.
So that you can become a RevOps leader of tomorrow!
STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL · HARD & SOFT SKILLS · LIVE LECTURES
Each week we will discuss a core topic and an industry expert will provide a deep dive on a sub-topic of that week. To strengthen your knowledge you will receive actionable templates that can be applied to your business and there are optional assignments. After each week there is an Ask Me Anything (AMA) to clarify questions from the previous week.
Week 1
Foundation for Success
What is RevOps? We will make sure that we have a common understanding of RevOps. We will look into the organizational structure and how to grow a RevOps team. Then we look at what makes a good RevOps org and KPIs for RevOps.
Outcome: Understand RevOps fundamentals.
Week 2
Gaining Efficiencies through Alignment
RevOps is about alignment, integration, and collaboration. This view of the business is where value is generated. We will look at how to activate drives that enable this value generation.
Outcome: Being able to identify and implement value-adding alignment opportunities in your business.
Week 3
Plan! Plan! Plan! And hit your targets
Planning is essential in RevOps. We will look at capacity planning, how to design sales territories and compare different forecasting methods. We will discuss best practices and mistakes to avoid.
Outcome: Have more confidence in anticipating the future based on past data and informed decisions.
Week 4
Let you data paint a picture
Understand the importance of your data foundation and how to build a data culture in your business. Once we have the foundation it is about showing the data to the right people, at the right time and in the right format.
Outcome: Understand how to get reliable data and use it to build a data-driven business.
Week 5
Effective Communication to drive change
RevOps is a discipline across various departments and to drive change one will require effective communication. This includes how to manage stakeholders, the art of persuasion, and how to work around office politics. We discuss the relevant soft skills and what you can do to improve them.
Outcome: Become self-reflective about your communication skills and understand how to improve them.
Week 6
RevOps the enabler of AI
AI is changing GTM and RevOps forever. Learn why RevOps is the great enabler of AI in GTM teams. Understand how you can prepare for AI deployments, when to invest in AI projects, and how you can become more informed about AI.
Outcome: Develop awareness of how AI can be best implemented in your business.
Our goal was to design a course that helps you become a strategic RevOps in 2024.
The course attendence is one part in the journey of a strategic RevOps.
To get the most out of the course you need to put in the work.

Attend the AMA to clarify your questions
Apply the frameworks to your business
Work on the optional assignments
The assignments are optional as we understand that in RevOps we are busy people. To not waste your time, we design them that they are applicable to your business.
