The best RevOps course depends on where you start. Take HubSpot Academy's free Revenue Operations Certification if you are new, Pavilion's Intro to RevOps if you want a peer community, RevOps Essentials if you are switching careers, Von's free RevOps Masterclass for practical modules, or RevOps Co-op's certification for a complete framework. Below we compare all five on cost, format, time and fit, with every detail checked on the provider's own page in October 2026.

Full disclosure, RevOps Essentials, number 3 on this list, is our own course. We describe it against the same criteria as the other four.

Buying training for a team? Training one person is cheap. Fixing the system they will work in is not. If you are buying for a team, start with a fixed-scope check of CRM data, process and tools. Our CRM and GTM Health Check audits your setup, ranks the gaps and builds a fix for the one that matters most. If the gap is leadership alignment rather than skills, start with an executive workshop instead.

Why RevOps skills pay off in 2026

RevOps is a core function that companies all over the world now rely on to drive scalable growth across sales, marketing and customer success.

The pay reflects that. RevOps Roles analysed 8,278 US job postings that disclosed pay and found a median range of $115k to $160k in October 2026. Director roles sit at $171k to $239k and VP roles at $208k to $275k, and postings that ask for AI skills pay about 11% more than those that do not. Only 58% of RevOps postings disclose pay, so read these as market ranges, not offers.

The skills gap is real as well. In our own survey of 123 RevOps practitioners, 73% have an AI mandate but only 38% have the data to support it. Closing that gap takes people who understand process, data and systems together, which is exactly what a good RevOps course should teach.

Beyond pay, RevOps roles come with long-term career advantages.

  • You are highly visible, working across sales, marketing, customer success and the executive team.
  • There is room to move up. Many RevOps professionals move into VP or Head of Revenue roles. Our guide to hiring a Head of RevOps shows what companies look for at that level.
  • You gain strategic influence by helping shape growth strategy and tech investments.

A well-rounded RevOps course helps you do four things.

  • build foundational or advanced technical skills
  • gain an industry-recognized credential
  • learn from real operators and industry leaders
  • make meaningful career moves and connections

So what are the best courses on the market today? Here is our take.

The 5 best RevOps courses in 2026

We checked every price, format and duration below on the provider's own page on 15 October 2026. Prices and programs change, so confirm before you buy.

1. HubSpot Academy Revenue Operations Certification

  • The course is free.
  • It runs on demand, with 11 lessons, 32 videos and 9 quizzes.
  • There are 6 hours 52 minutes of content.
  • You earn a HubSpot Academy certification.
  • It is best for beginners and marketers new to RevOps.

HubSpot's free certification is the best no-cost starting point. It covers what RevOps is, applying it to the customer flywheel, holding teams accountable with service-level agreements, mapping a sales process, systems management, communicating the value of RevOps to company leaders, and structuring and hiring a RevOps team.

It is made by HubSpot, but the frameworks apply to any CRM, and HubSpot positions its certifications as industry-recognized credentials you can add to your LinkedIn profile. It is good preparation before a more advanced program.

You can sign up on the HubSpot Academy Revenue Operations Certification page.

2. Intro to RevOps by Pavilion

  • It is included in a Pavilion membership and has no standalone price. Pavilion prices membership by seniority and location.
  • It runs on demand in four sessions, plus the member community.
  • The course page does not state how long it takes.
  • There is no certificate (Pavilion currently certifies only its CRO, CMO and Enterprise GTM schools).
  • It is best for mid-level operators or marketing and sales leaders who want a peer community.

Pavilion's course is taught by an experienced RevOps leader and covers four operating topics. You learn to build a forecasting model, develop the operating cadence, drive outcomes through sales compensation and hire for a RevOps team. It is open to Pavilion's Associate and Executive members, and the private community is one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

It is especially useful if you are moving over from another ops function and want peers who are working through the same challenges.

Details are on the Pavilion Intro to RevOps course page.

3. RevOps Essentials by Revenue Wizards (our course)

  • The price is listed on the course page.
  • It is self-paced, with on-demand video across seven modules.
  • It takes 12+ hours.
  • You get a certificate of completion.
  • It is best for career switchers, RevOps managers and future RevOps and GTM leaders.

RevOps Essentials is built for professionals who want to lead RevOps strategy, not just learn the basics. We believe RevOps professionals are best placed to become the AI enablers in their companies, which is why a full module covers RevOps as the enabler of AI.

Here is what the course includes.

  • seven modules, covering RevOps foundations and KPIs, efficiency through alignment, planning and forecasting, data foundation, communication to drive change, RevOps as the enabler of AI, and finance and investor relationships
  • guest lectures from senior RevOps practitioners
  • a library of templates you apply in your own CRM (there is no practice CRM or sandbox)
  • lifetime updates and access to a community of RevOps professionals

The full outline is on the RevOps Essentials course page. Mapping your next career move? Read the advice nine RevOps leaders gave on starting a career in RevOps.

4. Von RevOps Masterclass

  • It is free.
  • It is an on-demand video series of five modules taught by practitioners.
  • The course page does not state the time needed.
  • A certificate is not mentioned.
  • It is best for data-minded operators who want short, practical modules.

This free masterclass used to be listed under Rattle. Rattle's course page now redirects to Von, which hosts the series. The five modules cover forecasting pipeline and management, defining and advancing a career path, selecting and optimizing your tech stack, territory, quota and compensation planning, and sales process optimization.

It is less about frameworks and more about real-world application. If you are a data-minded operator, it gives you a tactical playbook without a price tag.

You can watch it on the Von RevOps Masterclass page.

5. RevOps Co-op Professional Level Revenue Operations Certification

  • It costs $1,995, paid up front or in four monthly installments.
  • It is self-paced, on demand and virtual.
  • The course page promises 15 hours of expert instruction.
  • You get a printable certificate and LinkedIn badge.
  • It is best for mid-level to senior professionals who want a comprehensive framework.

RevOps Co-op's certification offers a deep dive into revenue operations, covering fundamentals, process management, collaboration, systems, value and data management, commercial architecture, and operationalizing your RevOps strategy, ending with a certification exam. It also includes extended case studies, executive-level scenarios and a one-to-one strategy session.

The course is designed to give you frameworks you can apply immediately.

Enrolment details are on the RevOps Co-op certification page.

Certification or on-the-job learning?

A certificate proves you finished a course. Hiring managers look for proof that you can do the work. Three things decide how much weight to put on each.

  • The role you want next. The first RevOps hire in a company is rarely a junior. In our Five Dots methodology, that person should be a senior generalist, an "analytical people wrangler" who understands enablement, process, systems and data and can bring people along. The classic hiring mistake is strong analytics with weak people skills, so pick a course that covers communication and change, not just tools.
  • The evidence you can show. Bring work, not only a certificate, such as a documented lead routing rule, a cleaned-up pipeline report or a forecast with its error rate. Our AI proficiency rubric makes the same point about AI skills. Assess people by what they produce, not by self-report, because self-assessment clusters at level two of four whatever someone's real capability.
  • What you already run. In our client work, the person who quietly keeps the CRM running is often a single point of failure, with workflows, field rules and historical exceptions living in one head. Writing that down is the cheapest training you will ever do, and it makes a strong portfolio piece.

Is 2026 a good year to invest in RevOps?

RevOps is a shift in how companies build and scale revenue. The professionals who understand how to align teams, use data and create repeatable systems will continue to be in high demand, and AI raises the bar. The work moves from building reports by hand to designing the processes and data that AI runs on.

Start with a course that matches your current goals, layer in hands-on practice, and keep building from there. To get our RevOps playbooks and research by email, subscribe to the GrowthTrack newsletter. And when you want a structured path from operator to RevOps leader, explore RevOps Essentials, the course we built and teach.

Managers should train the person, then fix the system. A course raises one person's ceiling. The CRM data, process and tools they return to decide how much of it they can use, and in our client work training only sticks when it is built into real workflows and reinforced by managers. Training one person is cheap. Fixing the system they will work in is not. If you are buying for a team, start with our CRM and GTM Health Check, a fixed-scope check of CRM data, process and tools that ranks the gaps and fixes the first one.

FAQ

Is a RevOps certification worth it?

A RevOps certification is worth it when it fills a specific gap and you apply it to real work within a few weeks; on its own, a certificate rarely gets anyone hired. Pick the course that matches the job you want next, then build evidence of what you can do. The pay data supports investing in skills. In RevOps Roles' October 2026 data, US roles that ask for 0 to 2 years of experience show a $75k to $102k median range, rising to $105k to $150k at 3 to 5 years.

Is the HubSpot Revenue Operations certification free?

Yes. HubSpot Academy's Revenue Operations Certification is free and includes 11 lessons, 32 videos and 9 quizzes, or 6 hours 52 minutes of content (checked on 15 October 2026). You need a free HubSpot Academy account to take it.

Which RevOps course should I take, HubSpot Academy or Revenue Wizards?

Take HubSpot Academy first if you are new to RevOps and want a free foundation. Take RevOps Essentials, our own course, when you want to lead the function, because it adds planning and forecasting, data foundations, communication and change, AI and finance, taught by practitioners. Doing both, in that order, is a sensible path.

How long does it take to learn RevOps?

The courses on this list range from about 7 to 15 hours of content, but the learning that counts happens when you apply it to a real CRM and real processes. Plan to put each module to work on your own pipeline, data or handoffs before you move to the next one.

Which RevOps course is best for a team?

For a team, the course matters less than the system people return to. Choose one shared course so everyone uses the same vocabulary, then fix the CRM data, process and tools they work in; otherwise the training fades as soon as it meets a messy pipeline. The manager note above explains where to start.

Do RevOps courses cover AI?

Most cover AI lightly, if at all. Of the five course pages we checked, only RevOps Essentials lists a dedicated AI module. AI skills matter for your pay as well, since RevOps job postings that ask for AI tools pay about 11% more than those that do not (RevOps Roles, October 2026).
