Our Story
Revenue Wizards was founded in 2022 as an operator-led practice, built in deliberate contrast to the consulting model. Consultants deliver slides and recommendations, much of which AI can now produce in seconds. What they don't deliver is the implementation. We saw the same pattern across every B2B SaaS company we worked with. Running revenue processes, data hygiene, conversion metrics, revenue architecture were being reinvented from scratch every time. We built Revenue Wizards to bring those repeatable patterns into practice.
Today we're a tight network of revenue operators working on the most exciting cases in the industry, across the full revenue funnel. We've served 40+ scale-ups and enterprises, and built a team where every person has been in the operator seat themselves.

Everyone here has been owning revenue ops at scaling companies, shipping systems, hitting (and missing) the targets. We hire operators who could run RevOps in-house anywhere they wanted and chose this instead.
